When does Call of Duty: Warzone Haunting of Verdansk end?
Oct 21 2020
The Haunting of Verdansk introduces a bunch of new additions such as Zombie Royale, a special nighttime only mode, and terrifying encounters with characters from the Saw and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre franchises.
The Haunting of Verdansk is a limited-time Halloween event coming to Call of Duty Warzone. The modes should apparently last until 3 November, giving a fortnight of fun, although we'd expect players to clamour for at least night-time modes to stay in Warzone, which is crying out for that drop of visual variety. "Then prepare for Zombie Royale, an undead twist on Battle Royale where dead operators use unnatural powers to feast on the living in order to rejoin their ranks".
New themed bundles from both The Saw & The Texas Chainsaw Massacre available to purchase.
However, while Black Ops Cold War will be getting a lot of attention next month, developers Treyarch will be supporting Warzone with new content from that game.
All items included in The Texas Chainsaw Massacre Collection are listed below, via a CoD Tracker leak.
In the Trick or Treat event, there will be special Trick or Treat supply boxes in Verdansk that, upon opening, could reward players with universal rewards like the "Return to Dust" assault rifle blueprint or "The Cleaver" legendary melee blueprint. This means you have nearly a month to dive in and start collecting all of the goodies that Activision has put up for offer in the latest update.
A player posted an image earlier today of their friend who was a zombie when they won a Zombie Royale match. Although zombies can not use weapons, they have supernatural abilities: increased speed, improved jumps, lethal melee attacks, and thermal vision. As a zombie, you can collect syringes from fallen enemies - get two to come back to life.
New modes for Modern Warfare (multiplayer): Gunfright, Halloween Mosh Pit, Tom Snipers Only, Onslaught-er.
