Apple's new iPhone 12 smartphones are the first from the company to support 5G, but actually using the feature will cost you in terms of battery life.

Let's go over all the cashback offers for the recent iPhone 12 devices and also older models like the iPhone 11 and XR. Soon after the prices were announced, netizens figured out that purchasing an iPhone 12 Pro from Dubai would not only be cheaper but also help them save some money.

The 128 GB, 256 GB and 512 GB iPhone 12 Pro models are priced at Rs 1,19,900 (~$1,627), Rs 1,29,900 (~1,763), and Rs 1,49,900 (~$2,034), respectively. We'd heard rumors that Apple was going to use the Qualcomm-made modem and as Apple confirmed in the keynote presentation, it ended up going with its own 5G antenna designs, hence the thinner form factor.

Behind the iPhone 11 Pro Max is the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and looking at the scores, it's unfortunate that figures aren't even that close. Now, Tom's Guide has revealed how much enabling 5G impacts the battery life of the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro.

HDFC debit card owners can get Rs 1,500 cashback on both phones. The same offer is applicable for HDFC card users across the iPhone 12 lineup.

Do note that these offers are applicable only at Apple authorized offline retailers at the moment and not in Apple's official online store that launched recently in the country.

However, the good news is if you're thinking of getting an iPhone 12 variant, you will have options, and they won't just be for accessories made by Apple. The iPhone 12 Mini and the iPhone 12 Pro Max, on the other hand will go on sale starting November 13, with the pre-bookings commencing on November 6.

Apart from iPhones, Macbooks and iPad devices are also eligible for HDFC cashbacks.
