State Issues Guidance to Colleges for Holiday Travel

"The available Return Home testing for all students revealed higher numbers of positive results for three of our campuses that have resident students and demonstrated the importance of conducting this testing prior to departure for the semester", said Kelly Wolgast, director of Penn State's COVID-19 Operations Control Center.

Binghamton University will not return to in-person learning for the rest of the semester. To minimize the risk of infecting their peers and family members, students who have not yet received a negative test result are encouraged to wait until they receive one before leaving campus.
