California's Burbank Police Department told Radar Hall was spotted steering off the road around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday when witnesses called 911 to report they had seen a toddler in his lap. Neither Hall nor his son, or any bystanders, were injured in the incident, and Hall was immediately taken into police custody. According to the BPD, charges against Hall are pending review by the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office.
