Damp and much cooler weather to start the weekend

It will be dry though the weekend with increasing clouds Saturday.

According to the National Weather Service, tonight we can expect rain, mainly before 3::00 a.m. with a low around 37 and winds from 7 to 15 miles per hour. Temperatures will be in the mid to upper 60s.

Friday Night: Scattered showers and isolated storms with lows in the low to mid 60s and northeast winds at 15-25 miles per hour. Severe weather may impact part of the area by Wednesday.

Several chances for showers and storms will be coming next week. Expect northwest winds from 15 to 22 miles per hour, with gusts as high as 34 miles per hour, according to the National Weather Service.

St. George Saturday: Mostly sunny and warm. Wind: N 20-30; gusty.

It will be clear and quite cold overnight.

Saturday: Mostly cloudy with scattered showers early and highs in the 70s with northeast winds at 12-22 miles per hour. Wind: N/SE 5-10. Low: 40.

Tue: High: 60 Low: 46 Showers in the AM, then cloudy.

We can expect a partly sunny to mostly cloudy day for Sunday with showers picking up late Monday night.
