Cyberpunk 2077 - official gameplay and Johnny Silverhand trailers, screenshots

Yesterday was a huge Cyberpunk 2077 Infodump Day, as we watched everything from behind-the-scenes videos to "Official EP" and an extended gameplay trailer featuring Johnny Silverhand.

It also gives us a behind the scenes look at Keanu Reeves doing motion capture for the game.

To follow up the game that defined a generation of gaming, Cyberpunk 2077 needed to be huge, ambitious, and captivating.

In another sign of the company's confidence in hitting their December 10 launch date, CD Projekt Red released a comprehensive system requirements chart for PCs, revealing that you will need a top of the line gaming rig to run the game at the full detail. Finally, the JALI trailer examines the innovative lip sync and facial expression technology being used for characters in the game. The video provides insight into how JALI makes performances immersively realistic across 11 fully localized languages.

This prompted one user to ask CD PROJEKT RED's Community Manager Marcin Momot about the ray tracing specs for AMD hardware, and Momot replied that the feature won't be available at launch for the Radeon GPUs, though the studio is working on making that happen as soon as possible.

At any rate, going back to Cyberpunk 2077 ray tracing, let's recap which effects will be featured in the title.

Unfortunately CD Projekt Red announced that the game was being delayed until December 10th. Initially the game will be playable on both the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, with a free upgrade offer to be offered at a later date when a PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S version is available. We are really looking forward to it.

Some of you might also be wondering what these words mean in the light of us saying we achieved a gold master some time ago. You'll need at least an RTX 2060 graphics card to turn on ray-tracing.

The trailer - which you can check out above - sets the stage for the world that players will find themselves surrounded by.

Hopefully this is the final delay and the game can finally be released this year.
