Coronavirus spikes vote-by-mail counts in Virginia municipal elections

The secretary of state said of the 7.7.million registered voters in the state of MI, about 1.3 million are on the permanent absent voter list, receiving applications in the mail from their local election clerk ahead of every election. Californians will still retain the option of voting in person.

"Mail ballots are uniquely subject to fraud and undue influence", Adams told The Epoch Times. They want absentee ballots or applications sent to every voter, and they want a lot of the restrictions, like witness requirements, eliminated because they see this as an effort to suppress the voter turnout.
