World oil prices have started to drop on Jan.16 after the rise on the same day on hopes for cuts in production. Kuwait's OPEC governor Nawal Al-Fezaia said earlier this week in an interview with Bloomberg that producers, including Saudi Arabia , Kuwait, UAE, Qatar and Oman are complying with the cuts.
