A group of bystanders tackled a man who stabbed multiple people on London Bridge, killing two and injuring at least three others. The attacker, Usman Khan , was apparently attending the event and had returned for the afternoon session when he started stabbing people.

The victims have all been taken to hospital. The victims were taken to local area hospitals with 5 going to University Hospital and the other 5 going to Tulane Hospital. "When people resort to gun violence to resolve problems, it never creates solutions - only innocent victims and trauma", New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell said in a statement .
