Stranger Things' second season might only be mere weeks away, but this new trailer has us wishing it was here right this instant. But most intriguing, clips show us that the people of Hawkins are preparing for "Judgement Day".

Today on Friday the 13th, Netflix appropriately released the final trailer for the second season of Stranger Things, which begins streaming on October 27.

The first season comes in the format of an investigative drama, focused on a missing boy and Eleven, a young girl with special powers.

Elsewhere in the exciting trailer, Eleven's (Millie Bobby Brown) transformation was finally revealed. Will they be able to carry on the story in a way that feels natural and organic.

Splashers, we're nearly at that sweet time of year (I assume we'll do this annually) where Stranger Things 2 gets ready to be binged.

This year's threat seems to be the growing portal between our world and the Upside Down and the threatening tentacle monster we've seen in much of the promotional materials.

The names of the first six episodes of Season 2, which hits Netflix on October 27, are "MadMax", "Trick or Treat Freak", "The Pollywog", "Will the Wise", "Dig Dug", and "The Spy". In addition, new cast members will include Sean Astin, Paul Reiser, Linnea Berthelsen, Sadie Sink, and Dacre Montgomery.
