A new poster for 'Frozen 2' hints at a mysterious adventure for Anna and Elsa

The official synopsis reads: "Why was Elsa born with magical powers?"

Evan Rachel Wood (Westworld) and Sterling K. Brown (This Is Us) have also contributed their voices to Frozen 2, though they aren't heard in the new trailer for the sequel.

Elsa and Anna's story is far from over. A scene shows Elsa hiding behind a tree as a huge demon is seen looking for her.

Her ice blonde hair was in its usual braid, blowing in the wind over her shoulder. "I won't let anything happen to her", she says, furrowing her brow.

Elsa and Anna waste little time taking his advice, boarding a Sven-drawn carriage that also carries their traveling companions Kristoff (Jonathan Groff) and Olaf (Josh Gad).

The gang will return to the big screen just before Thanksgiving, on November 22.

Disney is at its best when it takes risks and tries to make compelling original films.

Directors: Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck.

Fans went wild after the first teaser, which was released in February, with many speculating what the plot was about.

Frozen 2 isn't going to be your traditional fairytale. She's then seen on an adventure to find out more about her past. Must be cool. Cant wait!' The promotional materials come in advance of a new trailer, which will arrive on Tuesday.

While the trailer doesn't tell us much more than that, there have been rumors that the sisters' quest might involve finding out more about their parents. It's just the release of the second trailer for Disney's Frozen II!
