Drivers in the area have seen the price of gas rise by an average of 10 cents-per-gallon since the pipeline leak in Alabama was discovered. Many gas stations in Cherokee County have since run out of gas or raised gas prices and officials are urging residents to use their fuel wisely until the pipeline is repaired.

Restaurant owner defends 'Muslims get out' sign
