Man sought in murders of NC woman and her 3 children caught

The Greenville Police Department is working to extradite the suspected killer in last night's quadruple homicide. Toone is only charged with the murder of Howard, while police say they expect additional murder counts to be added. Authorities said that at 11pm Tuesday, they 'obtained information that Toone was in the Richmond, Virginia area. Toone was taken into custody just before midnight Wednesday.

Ex-NFL star Darren Sharper gets 18 years prison

Former NFL safety and now convicted serial rapist Darren Sharper has been sentenced to 18 years in prison in a case where he was drugging and raping as many as 16 women in four different states. Milazzo agreed in June to delay Sharper's sentencing so prosecutors could evaluate his cooperation in the cases of two co-defendants accused of participating in the Louisiana incidents.
