This was even something T-Mobile was quick to point out when Dish was initially offering objections to the competition-eroding deal. The smaller carriers argue they must merge in order to compete more effectively, especially as the industry moves toward next-generation 5G technology .

Nintendo has apparently informed reps that customers no longer have to provide proof of purchase for Joy-Con repairs. "Additionally, it is not necessary to confirm warranty status", the memo reads. Nintendo is at least aware of the Joy-Con drift issue, but it seems customers aren't satisfied with that response. In other words, the company is telling its customer service representatives that if someone says they're experiencing Joy-Con Drift, believe them.
