Samsung to blame battery size for Galaxy Note 7 recall, reports say

Samsung Philippines said it was because of a "slight battery misalignment" just before the brand rolled out a new batch of supposedly safe Note 7 units, which also turned out to be faulty. Details of the manufacturing issue have not been made public. The Journal reports the company has created an eight-step process, including more inspections and testing, to avoid future battery problems.
