Taylor Swift shaken and humiliated by assault, mom tells trial

The civil trial against David Mueller continues-the former radio DJ is now defending himself against allegations from Taylor Swift that he sexually assaulted her during a 2013 meet-and-greet set up by his former employer, KYGO-FM.

Swift has testified that "it was a definite grab".

Reporter Amanda Zitzman, who was in the courtroom, tweeted that Swift said that Mueller and his girlfriend seemed inebriated during the 2013 meet-and-greet, saying, "It appeared to me that the two of them had a few cocktails". "He stayed attached to my bare ass cheek as I lurched away from him".

"He saw your client lift my skirt". Often, sexual assault victims are accused of simply trying to find a way to cash in for attention is one big misogynistic opinion we have to let go of. "It was a very shocking thing".

Muller however, presented the photo and said "our hands touched and our arms touched" but his hands never went down Swift's "rib cage, or rib, or ribs".

"Ms. Swift knows exactly who committed the assault - it was Mueller - and she is not confused in the slightest about whether her long-term business acquaintance, Mr. Haskell, was the culprit", the countersuit stated, according to People.

Mueller was sacked from his job as an on-air personality for the Denver radio station KYGO shortly after Swift's allegations against him surfaced.

She was also asked why, in the photo that shows her posing with Mueller, the front of her skirt is not ruffled.

Dent, meanwhile, says while he knew what happened, he was looking at Swift for cues about what she wanted him to do. It had never happened before.

She also rejected the assumption that she misidentified Mr Mueller, saying: "I'm not going to allow you or your client to say I am to blame". Mueller was 51 years old at the time of the incident. "I did not want her to have to live through the endless memes and GIFs that tabloid media and Internet trolls would come up with", the singer's mother said on the stand. "He touched my behind", Swift said, adding that she had a "3-D recollection" of what had transpired.

"I don't feel anything about Mueller".

Swift's mother, who serves as part of her daughter's management team, told jurors that one specific worry was the prospect that the photo taken with the radio personality in question, David Mueller, might end up going viral and even being doctored in a lewd way. "We felt he violated the morality clause in his contract", said Coomer, who was Mueller's immediate supervisor.

"He sexually assaulted my daughter", claimed Andrea Swift in court, pointing her finger at the broadcaster.

The pop superstar testified for about an hour on Thursday, sometimes using unflinching language in giving her account of what happened.

He was sacked from his $150,000-a-year "dream job" at country station KYGO-FM after Swift's team reported the alleged assault to his boss.
