Taylor Swift kept things simple - or at least as simple as she'll go - for her appearance as musical guest on "Saturday Night Live" on November 11, the day after her sixth studio album "Reputation" was released.
This was Swift's first performance on the late night sketch show since 2009 and her first public performance of any of the song's off of Reputation.
For "Ready For It", the SNL performance of it had more of a pop video feel than its futuristic visual: Swift was clearly stoked to be back in Studio 8h, dancing alongside her backup singers before an intense, blood red light display with smoke swirling at their feet. Swift, 27, is known for using her love life for inspiration without ever directly naming names.
Lots of people are excited about Taylor Swift'snew album, perhaps none more so than this adorably dorky TV reporter. This was about as polar opposite of clean-cut, and another proclamation that she's not the Taylor of old. One such fan who goes by the Twitter name @SwiftBethany13st revealed that at the Rhode Island sessions, Taylor admitted that she's put on "15 pounds".

Swift is also reportedly planning a tour announcement around her 28th birthday on December 13th. Hopefully we get to see her perform more of her songs from Reputation soon.
