In an interview with an entertainment media website, the acclaimed filmmaker, who has also directed the much-anticipated sci-fi movie, has revealed that he discussed his ideas and ambitions for the project with the 'Star Wars' creator.

The game will star Cameron Monaghan as Cal Kestis, a Jedi Padawan who survived Order 66 and the destruction of the Jedi Order.

The last day on this one [Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker] was a more emotional last day, because we knew it was the last day. At Star Wars Celebration, EA dropped the first trailer for the game. The 90s and 2000s gave us dozens of Star Wars games in every genre there is.

Following EA's tweet letting players know that they can expect a definite lack of loot boxes and microtransactions in Jedi Fallen Order, players and fans have in turn replied to the tweet, letting EA know what they thought of the announcement.

"No one's ever really gone", Luke Skywalker says in voiceover as Leia hugs apprentice Jedi Rey, played by English actress Daisy Ridley, who has top billing in the latest of the three trilogies that make up the long-running saga. Focused on story, and one that won't feature any micro-transactions.

On top of that, also get to see concept artwork for the new droid BD-1, which stands for Buddy Droid.

"This is a Jedi fantasy story game", Respawn's Vince Zampella said. It will be a Single-Player story experience.

Jedi: Fallen Order's story falls on the timeline of Star Wars canon shortly after Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith. Since the purchase, we have had a handful or mobile games and two Battlefront games. This particular character was teased in an issue of the Darth Vader comic book series from Marvel, as it turns out.

A galaxy-spanning adventure awaits in STAR WARS Jedi: Fallen Order, a 3rd person action-adventure title from Respawn Entertainment. So in order not to risk more Star Wars fatigue, where too many movies will dilute the brand, they will be taking a break.

You also need to consider some of the creative talent working on the project, Stig Asmussen being a name many God of War fans are familiar with.
