The release of the animated film is by far, one of Disney's best and has won multiple awards including the Golden Globe Award for Best Picture and the Academy Award for Best Original Score. It took in a strong $11.5 million on its opening day, debuting as the No. 1 film in all but one market (Slovakia, where it was the No. 1 non-local film). The one who steals the show is Josh Gad, as Gaston's goofy, but lovable sidekick LeFou.
Kids may still believe Belle's there throughout the winter, but, as we learn in the movie, the special enchantment over the castle makes it exclusively wintertime there while it is June in the village.
"For me, it's just that Belle's not judgemental, she's able to see past the Beast's exterior, and even his bad temper, frankly".
If you are just as excited as I am for the latest interpretation of Disney's Beauty and the Beast, you need to treat yourself to this video today.
"I believe if these countries had ordered Disney to cut the scene, the company would obey as it would not want to forego the huge income from ticket sales", said Nur Jazlan. The character in the live action isn't just a narcissist, he's cruel.
YOU'D be forgiven for thinking that Dan Stevens would count his role in Downton Abbey as his favourite. With Ewan McGregor, Sir Ian McKellen and Emma Thompson, who are all charming, sometimes it's like watching a combination of "Star Wars", "Lord of the Rings" and "Nanny McPhee". However, if you pay close attention, you know there's no way that's possible, especially due to the movie's subplot. Every part of this film was breathtaking from the scenery to the lovely music.
"Actually, the technology we used has brought such incredible sensitivity to the facial expressions of the Beast, so I'm delighted". As a fan of the original movie, seeing my favorite sets and characters come to life was such a treat. "I loved the escapism". Ultimately they ALL got there to create a satisfying new take on a timeless classic.
I won't go through every beat of the plot, because, like the iconic song, it's a tale as old as time.
