Shocking article says Priyanka's love marriage is 'scam'

Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra are two of the biggest names of the entertainment industry and when they chose to marry each other, everyone from their fans to the media fraternity went berserk.

Nick and Priyanka got married at Umaid Bhawan Palace, Jodhpur.

Chopra, who recently changed her Instagram account to feature her new husband's last name, looked casual-chic in a satin robe-style jacket paired with wide-leg pants.

The Cut pulled down the article after receiving flak for it and the editor issued a note apologising for the debacle. I'm in a happy place at this moment. Jonas' brother Joe and his fiancee, Sophie Turner, also voiced complaints at the "disgusting" descriptions of their sister-in-law. In fact, after tying the knot with Nick Jonas in a fairytale wedding, she took to social media to change her name online, adding her new surname - Jonas! Talking about the same, Joe said on the show, "The sangeet's a attractive Indian tradition a few days before the wedding where you put on a performance, and they have the most incredible performers in her family".

The first photos of the brunette beauty's Vogue photoshoot were released last month, along with a joint feature where Chopra and Jonas detailed their love story for the first time.

In freakish news, The Cut - online branch of New York Magazine - have apologised for a freaky article which labelled Priyanka Chopra a "scam artist" for her recent wedding to Nick Jonas.

Priyanka Chopra addressed the controversial story the Cut wrote about her marrying Nick Jonas.

Among other celebrities who stood by Chopra and Jonas was Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor Ahuja, who tweeted that the Cut has "a lot to answer for". "Very disappointed that the cut would give anyone a platform to spew such bulls***", she wrote.

Many said the article was racist. It reeks of envy and bitterness. "These kinds of random things can't disturb it".

"We're sorry. The whole piece missed the mark. We've removed it and apologise". There is no good explanation for this other than human error and poor judgement.
