Samsung Galaxy Note 10 release date may have been revealed

Galaxy Watch Active 2 leaked official renders confirm design changes

The Samsung Galaxy Note 10 is launching this August, and after plenty of rumors and "will they or won't they" situations, we can finally say with certainty the phone is debuting this year, with an event taking place in Brooklyn, NY on August 7 at the Barclays Center.

Android Headlines has shared what it described as an "official render" for the smartwatch.

It is unclear when Samsung will unveil the Galaxy Watch Active2.

The images confirm the design that we have seen in renderings and via leaked smartphone case renderings.

As for the market availability, a report from South Korea's Yonhap News Agency states that the Galaxy Note 10 duo pre-orders will start on August 9 in Samsung's home market. The render also provides a good look at the general style and design of the smartwatch and confirms numerous aspects previously alluded to.

The Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2 has been doing the rounds in the rumorsphere lately, with mumblings talking about it matching the latest Apple Watch in offering ECG and fall detection, and maybe even one-upping its competitor by packing in body composition measurement.

Rumours suggest the watch will be available in three colour options - black, gold, and silver - and will have leather straps and silicone straps.

You can also spot a red ring around the power button this time around, but whether this is an LED indicator or just a bit of decoration is unknown. The original Galaxy Watch Active also had a microphone, placed elsewhere.
