Now it's not a stretch to think that the case is possibly the same with the new Galaxy A80. The Galaxy A80 price and availability in India is not announced yet.
Samsung has launched a new lineup of devices from its midrange Galaxy A series in Bangkok, Thailand. On the front side, the phone comes with a 32 MP selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture housed inside the notch.
Huawei phones have traditionally had vertical camera arrays, both in the P and Mate series (although the Huawei Mate 20 had a square setup) - which means we'd be very surprised if the horizontal three snapper design came to be. The Smartphone will run on Android 9.0 Pie, while a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 octa-core CPU will power the Fold.
The new Galaxy A80 device - the tech giant's latest mid-range phone - does not have a camera built into the front of the device, instead dedicating the entire front panel to what Samsung calls a new version of its Infinity Display. As far as the camera is concerned, The Galaxy A70 comes with a triple-lens setup with a 32MP, f/1.7 aperture primary sensor along with an 8MP, f/2.2 ultrawide and 5MP, f/2.2 depth sensor.
The Galaxy A80 also features Super Steady video mode, Scene Optimizer with AI scenes detection up to 30 objects, Flaw Detection, etc. The smartphone will be available in two RAM variants- 6GB and 8GB- with 128GB internal storage.
If you need some additional storage the device comes with a microSD card slot which will take up to a 512GB card.
The Galaxy A80's 3,700mAh battery and its Super-Fast Charging at 25W capabilities keep you connected for longer and gives you more freedom by allowing you to charge your phone quickly - so you don't miss a beat. The device's outer screen meanwhile is a 4.6inch Super AMOLED display screen with 840x1960 pixels. It features Dolby Atmos and all otherconnectivity options with sensors including an in-display fingerprint sensor. Additionally, the Galaxy A70 includes Samsung Health, Samsung Pay, and Bixby.
