Sacha Baron Cohen teases his next project

Wednesday, around the time I started realizing I was a bit too smacked off tequila to properly explain why I suddenly wanted to listen to Fastball's 1998 bop "The Way" on repeat, Cohen tweeted out a video teasing some sort of Trump-related mockery he's been working on.

An archive video of Trump attacking Cohen then plays, with the president branding the Englishman a "third-rate character".

Baron Cohen is now shooting the Netflix series The Spy, where he plays real-life agent Eli Cohen, a spy for Israel in Syria in the early 1960s.

Trump - then just a real estate mogul - said in 2012 that he immediately walked out of the interview on "Da Ali G Show" because he knew it was a scam.

But it appears that Cohen might be teasing a future project.

Cohen signaled in an interview with ABC News Monday that his loyalties were shifting away from Trump in order to protect his family.

"I only wish he had been punched in the face so many times right now he would be in the hospital", Trump rants. "He ought to be fired immediately".

It seems that Baron Cohen took that advice to heart.

The video closes with the Trump University logo.

Who knows what it all means but, for the record, Baron Cohen did go to school to learn about being amusing.

In his last film, The Brothers Grimsby, Baron Cohen gave the President HIV, leading to a disclaimer in the closing credits that Trump "is not HIV positive" in actuality. In between Trump's soundbites, the clip includes an on-screen messages that reads, "he's back as you've never seen him before", continuing with, "Sacha graduates-soon".

Cohen is being investigated for violations of election law and fraud and is being investigated in r the payments Trump made to adult film star Stormy Daniels.
