After being recalled due from two separate battery issues, rumours pointed to Samsung possibly selling refurbished Galaxy Note 7 handsets. The manufacturer plans to determine countries and release dates after consulting with regulatory authorities and carriers, in addition to taking into account local demand.

Manatees taken off U.S. endangered list, conservationists cry foul

Through careful management of the manatee and its habitat, both the FWS and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission have helped the animals' population rebound. Fish and Wildlife officials listed boat collisions and fragmenting habitat as ongoing problems affecting manatees, along with climate change and algae blooms in Florida waters.
