Through careful management of the manatee and its habitat, both the FWS and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission have helped the animals' population rebound. Fish and Wildlife officials listed boat collisions and fragmenting habitat as ongoing problems affecting manatees, along with climate change and algae blooms in Florida waters.

Whitson and Kimbrough had cameras strapped to their helmets to document their work on the livestream as the space station drifted over South Africa, then India. On April 24, she will break another record - this time for the most cumulative days in space by an American - when she passes 534 in orbit, longer than current title holder Jeff Williams.

The decision, which comes two weeks after Fillon himself was placed under formal investigation in the same case, is another blow to his faltering presidential campaign. He was once considered to be the favorite to win the French presidency, but is now polling third, behind Marine Le Pen , leader of the far right National Front, and Emmanuel Macron , the independent centrist candidate.
