It sheds 41kg compared to the regular roadster, meaning it dry weight is now just 798kg in total. To achieve the weight-saving made by the Elise Sprint, Lotus has applied carbon fibre to the bucket seats, access panel, roll hoop cover and engine cover.

Android market share continues increasing in all regions (except the US)

Two all new Android smartphones - Nokia 3 and Nokia 5, plus the expanded global release of the Nokia 6 - could do well in Western Europe due to loyalty to the Nokia brand name, the report noted. Windows' share plummeted from 7.8% to 2.8% over the course of the year, while BlackBerry crumbled from 0.5% to just 0.1%. Numerous devices sold there were higher-end too, with sizeable sales for the Lumia 920 and 930 handsets.

It's called a dispensation and not all dioceses grant them. St. Patrick's Day falls on a Lenten Friday this year, a day when Catholics would normally be required to abstain from meat. But after the Second Vatican Council, during which many issues surrounding the faith's traditions were addressed, individual bishops were given authority to determine how their parishes would address the meat ban.
