Prince William Duke of Cambridge and Catherine Duchess of Cambridge leave St. Mary's Hospital with their newborn son Prince Louis of Cambridge

Kensington Palace released further details about the christening today, including who will be attending and Prince Louis' godparents. The press-service of the Buckingham Palace reported that the decision was made earlier and has nothing to do with health.

More so, England is now in the middle of a heatwave, as well as the 92-year-old monarch having a week filled with major royal events - including the 100th anniversary of the Royal Air Force and a historical meeting with US President Donald Trump.

It will be the first time the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and their three children have been seen together.

Prince Harry has purchased a first edition of the famous novel, Winnie-the-Pooh, for £8,000.

He was christened by the Archbishop of Canterbury at The Chapel Royal of St. James's Palace in central London.

Guests were enjoyed slices of fruit cake from a tier of William and Kate's eight-tier wedding cake at the swanky do.

While the royal baby was dressed in the traditional Honiton lace gown, all eyes were on his older siblings, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, who sported special outfits of their own.

Harry and Meghan Duchess of Sussex leave after the christening service.

Middleton wore another Alexander McQueen dress for her son's christening.

The others selected to guide the young prince in his spiritual life Nicholas van Cutsem, Guy Pelly, Harry Aubrey-Fletcher, The Lady Laura Meade, and Hannah Carter.

Also attending were Kate's parents, her brother and sister and six close friends and relatives of William and Kate. The gown is a replica of the one made for Queen Victoria's first daughter, also named Victoria, in 1841. Meghan Markle wore an olive green dress by Ralph Lauren and a matching Stephen Jones hat.

After Meghan Markle confirmed her father Thomas won't attend the wedding, Prince Charles offered to walk the bride down the aisle.

After all, when Kate grew up, she wasn't a member of the British Royal Family like Charlotte, which likely accounts for the differences in hairstyle and poise.
