Secondly, the image also suggests that Moto G6 Play could sport a glass back, although it could just be a plastic cover on the back that's giving it a reflective look.
We're still not entirely sure exactly when Motorola will officially unveil the 2018 G6 series, but it should be soon - possibly later this month, or early May - since a complete set of renders for all three expected models has been posted online, courtesy of Twitter user Ishan Agarwal. It will likely have a dual-lens rear camera, but we don't know the exact specs yet. The sticker also mentions the camera configuration with a 13-megapixel sensor on the back and an 8-megapixel sensor up front.
The upcoming Moto G6-series from Lenovo-owned Motorola has been in headlines for quite a while now and as its rumored launch date comes near, the number of leaks related to the Moto G6, G6 Plus, and Moto G6 Play have picked up the pace, the most recent one being leaked renders of the whole Moto G6-series. Previous reports have tipped that the smartphone will incorporate a 1.4GHz octa-core processor, which could be either the Snapdragon 430 SoC or Snapdragon 427 SoC.
Finally there's the cheapest member of the Motorola G6 family.
Going by the leaked image, it is quite sure now that the new Moto G6 Play will carry a glass build similar to that of Moto X4 which was launched previous year. Well now, the Moto G6 Plus, which is reportedly the most powerful among the lot, has appeared on a benchmarking site with its key specifications. It is expected to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 SoC coupled with Adreno 506 GPU, 4GB RAM and 64GB of inbuilt storage. The Moto G6 features dual rear cameras, and the Moto G6 Play will come with a single rear camera. The screen will have an aspect ratio of 18:9, which means reduced bezels on sides as well as top and bottom. The phone will likely be powered by a more powerful Snapdragon 630 SoC. We will know more in the days leading up to the launch event on April 19.
