The newly updated Bedrock Edition will also be receiving a physical release on Switch alongside its digital counterpart. Minecraft on Switch is getting cross-platform play, Nintendo Online support, and access to the Minecraft Marketplace. The game contains thousands of hand-crafted levels, a large amount of unlockable game content, and features both single-player and multiplayer modes. Microsoft introduced the Marketplace in June 2017 and invited 12 community members to become partners. "Rocket League" is another prominent one, as multiplayer servers frequently feature players from three different platforms in one match.
