Kim Kardashian on Baby #3: 'We Haven't Confirmed Anything'

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are expecting their third child via surrogate

Last night (September 8) at a New York Fashion Week event celebrating Carine Roitfeld, Kim spoke with E!

The 36-year-old has brought her A-game to New York Fashion Week, debuting her daring silver hair.

"I'd just love nothing more than to expand my family and just know that I have this world at home that's safe", said Kim on an episode of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians".

"First of all, I think she said I said a quote about, 'I post nude photos in the name of feminism.' Never said that". We have not confirmed it, and that's that. But everyone knows that security is really there to keep an eye on Kim when she cannot.

Kim and Kanye both want the healthiest baby possible and are making sure the surrogate is abiding by the routine they've set for her.

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian's third baby will born in January 2018.

She has blogged about having placenta accreta, a condition that can cause complications during pregnancy in which all or part of the placenta attaches to the womb.

Insiders recently stated that not only the famous couple is expecting a girl, but that they have employed 24/7 security for the surrogate carrying her, which Kim says is for her safety.

US Weekly reports that the woman, reported to be "in her late 20s", has served as a surrogate before and has appeared in a promotional video about the process with her own family. "Trying" isn't "doing", though, and Kim is very clear about that.

Kim Kardashian West knows perfectly well how to steal the show.

"There were a couple of little operations to fix all that, so that created a little hole in my uterus, which I think made it really tough to get pregnant again", she said of her second pregnancy. Since then, the starlet and her husband became the proud parents of a small North was born in 2013 and Saint born at the end of 2015.
