Pearce's comment seems to be a direct reference to shocking allegations of sexual assault that were made against Spacey previous year.

Meanwhile, London police have confirmed they are investigating three new sexual assault allegations against Spacey, dating back as far as 1996.

The Oscar-winning actor has since been hit by at least 10 other claims and received treatment at a $49,000-a-month sex addiction clinic in Arizona.

Kevin Spacey is reportedly facing new sexual assault allegations in England after three men filed complaints against the disgraced actor. Spacey has not commented on the allegations beyond his initial apology to Rapp.

The 50-year-old actor opened up about working with Spacey on the Australian talk show Interview.

The interviewer chose to bring up Pearce's time on the set of L.A. Confidential, which also starred Kevin Spacey.

At the time of Rapp's accusation, Spacey issued a statement claiming he did not recall the incident, but apologized for what he said would have been "deeply inappropriate drunken behavior". Unbelievable actor, incredible actor. Mmm.

Since Rapp's accusation, more than 20 people have accused Spacey of "inappropriate behavior" during his time as artistic director at a London theater, and some "House of Cards" staff have also accused him of sexual harassment. Slightly hard time with Kevin, yeah", the actor told host Andrew Denton when asked what it was like to work with Spacey, adding "He's a handsy guy. He also came out as a homosexual.

The actor added: "He's a handsy guy". I'm beyond horrified to hear his story'. Spacey was sacked from his hit Netflix series House of Cards and cut from Ridley Scott's All the Money in the World last fall, and has not made any public statements since November of 2017.
