Juventus 'monitoring' Arsenal midfielder Ramsey's transfer situation - director

Aaron Ramsey will leave Arsenal this summer after 11 years with the club.

Juventus are ready to offer Sami Khedira to Arsenal in a bid to sign Aaron Ramsey before the end of the January transfer window.

The 28-year-old Cameroon worldwide started out at Monaco after moving to Europe as a teenager and later made his name during a five-year spell at Marseille.

The Welshman had been attracting interest from all over Europe with the likes of Real Madrid and AC Milan weighing up an offer, but it appears Juventus have won the race to his signature.

The Welsh midfielder is out of contract at the end of the season and has been unable to agree a new deal with the Gunners.

Paratici confirmed that the club were monitoring Ramsey's situation in London and added that they are open to bringing him on board.

A host of top European clubs in Bayern Munich, Paris Saint-Germain and Juventus are keeping tabs on the dynamic Welsh midfielder.

"Ramsey is a very good player who has been playing at a high level for many years and who plays for an important club". He plays in a great team and now that's enough.

Ramsey will nearly certainly be a success at Juventus.

'His contract is expiring and we are always attentive to the potential developments.

A result that will see Arsenal suffer a loss of about £50m that Ramsey is present worth at the transfer market.

"Only if there are players who can help us in different positions. Now, he is still an Arsenal player and we are certainly not the only ones interested".
