While appearing on the Late Late Show with James Cordon the four young stars proved that their talents didn't lie exclusively in acting. "Some people thought it was weird that James hung out with us because he's an adult, but we actually went to school with him", Wolfhard says. The kids tried to keep a straight face as they played their part in a fake documentary, which reveals that were part of a Motown cover band with Corden called The Upside Downs before they became television stars. (Corden was held back a few grades.) They lived for the music, until a Netflix exec scouted them and they all landed spots on Stranger Things...except for Corden.

That's where the fiction ends.

In the wake of their success, the boys and Corden made a decision to reunite for one last performance and delivered an impressive rendition of classics like "I Want You Back" and "I'll Be There" by The Jackson 5.

The cast of "Stranger Things" (Finn Wolfhard, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin and Noah Schnapp) performs in a sketch with James Corden during "The Late Late Show".

Is there anything these kids can't do?
