Apple launches P2P payments beta in US

Apple's latest iOS upgrade includes a fix for a keyboard bug that plagued users trying to type the letter "i".

People are updating to iOS 11 at a slower rate compared to other recent updates, according to new stats released by Apple.

Before the new software was released, Apple suggested a quick fix that had users updating their keyboard settings for the letter "i". Were you affected by the issue? While the glitch was annoying, it also sparked jokes on Twitter. You can download it over-the-air from Settings General Software update on your compatible iOS 11 device. This comes right after the iOS 11.1 update that added a ton of features and new iOS 11.1 Emojis.

Before releasing the update, Apple suggested a workaround. The feature allows users to access the app switcher by pressing on the left edge of the display.

Apple Pay Cash is available on iOS 11.2, now available as a public beta 2 for developers and testers.

But UK residents could be waiting until 2018 for Apple Pay Cash to arrive locally. This seems to be corroborated by users saying that their phones are working correctly after updating to one of the newer versions of the mobile operating system. The device then pulls up Apple Pay as a suggestion where it usually predicts the next word.

Apple Pay Cash can also be used on the Apple Watch.

The source of funding is any debit or credit card already set up in Apple Pay. The full-year course has been designed by Apple itself to help get students started on iOS app development, specifically using Apple's own Swift programming language.
