The smartphone, which delivers full-screen viewing experience, will retail at AED 999. The smartphone bears a 5.99-inch full-HD+ (1080x2160 pixels) IPS LCD FullView display with a pixel density of 403ppi and a 18:9 aspect ratio. For the photography needs, the phone packs a dual camera setup on the back with 20MP and 16MP sensors as well as a 13MP selfie camera on the front.

The Honor 7X will compete with Xiaomi Mi A1 at the higher end of the budget smartphone segment. The phone will go on sale In India from Thursday and will be an Amazon exclusive. On the camera front, you'll find a single 13-megapixel sensor which can create depth-of-field effects through software.

This week the Huawei Honor 7X was revealed with an eye on the worldwide smartphone market.

That's pretty impressive for a phone of this price (which we'll get onto later).

Honor 7X comes with price tag of Rs. 12999 for 32GB storage variant and Rs. 15999 for the 64GB variant. At an event in London today where it launched the 7X (review), Honor has now globally launched the V10 as the View10.

The smartphone runs on Android 8.0 Oreo operating system wrapped under EMUI 8.0.

However, if you are looking for a camera-centric smartphone with a taller display and a premium metal build, then Honor 7x is at your service. Honor V10 has 4G VoLTE dual-SIM connectivity backed by a 3750 mAh battery. There is no waterproofing here, unfortunately, which is not that surprising, when you think of the price of the Honor 7X, but it would have been a nice surprise. It will be available in 128GB storage, 6 GB RAM variant and a 64 GB storage 4/6 GB RAM variant.

The dual-camera arrangement on the rear houses a regular 16-megapixel RGB sensor and another 20-megapixel monochrome sensor which, on paper, should produce relatively better colors in your pictures. With a unique Internet-powered business model and exceptional product portfolios delivering uncompromised value, Honor is replicating its successful business model in other countries across the globe. If that doesn't suffice, it boasts an expandable card slot which can take microSD cards up to 256 GB. The device is backed by a 3,750mAh non-removable battery and supports 5V/4.5A (22.5W) Honor SuperCharge fast charging technology.

Available in Europe from today (December 5th, 2017), the Honor 7X comes in three colours: black, blue and gold. It is priced at €499 (£449) and will be available in Midnight Black and Navy Blue (no word on U.S. pricing or any future launch for the Gold or Red versions just yet, sorry!).
