Jenner owns 100 percent of the company, which has sold more than $630 million worth of makeup, according to Forbes. Forbes said it valued her company at almost $800 million, and Jenner owns 100 percent of it. Half-sister of Kim Kardashian West, who is also on the list for the first time, Jenner has leveraged her massive social media following (110 million followers on Instagram) to build a Dollars 900 million cosmetics empire Kylie Cosmetics in less than three years. For comparison, Forbes estimates that Jenner's older sister Kim Kardashian West is worth roughly $US350 million. Zuckerberg now holds the record after passing the threshold at 23. She only included 15,000 lip kits in her first batch, which she sold for $29 each. Kylie is the sole owner of the company.

Other beauty entrepreneurs to make the list include Anastasia Beverly Hills' Anastasia Soare with US$1 billion at number 21, and Huda Kattan, founder of Huda Beauty with US$550 million at number 37. "It could easily be an instant game-changing acquisition for any company on the hunt for a winning brand with a younger customer", senior VP or merchandising at Ulta Tara Simon said.

Despite her many business ventures, it seems Kylie Cosmetics lies closest to Jenner's heart. Thanks to this minuscule overhead and marketing costs, Forbes writes, the profits are outsize and go directly to Jenner.

Kim shared Kylie's Forbes cover on Twitter twice today, with the caption "Wait I'm posting this again just because!"

However, followers were divided over the 20-year-old's decision to pierce her ears at such a young age. Kylie has followed the Kardashian business model of leveraging her assets for fame and money.

"Maybe one day [I'll] pass this on to Stormi, if she's into it". "She has definitely been a huge part of the success of Kylie Cosmetics". "I'm so blessed to do what i love everyday. i couldn't have dreamt this up!"

The story also reports Jenner, who became a mom in February, has also earned several million from her share of E!'s "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" and endorsement deals with Puma and PacSun.
