Don't get us wrong, we love the suspense, we really do, and honestly we're just devastated that we weren't there to witness her latest stunt in person.

Fifteen months after Beyoncé was first unveiled as a headliner, the superstar finally took the Coachella stage Saturday night.

Coachella also marked an unusually intimate return for X Japan, megastars of Japanese metal in the 1980s who are planning their first new album in more than two decades this year.

Kelly and Michelle came out towards the end of their former bandmate's set, delighting the crowd with performances of Lose My Breath and Soldier. "She bit Beyoncé in the face", she said.

Beyonce dazzled fans all over the world with her high-octane comeback performance at Coachella on Saturday. Queen Bey is the first black woman to headline Coachella, which she acknowledged at the beginning of her set.

She stormed through almost every song she has ever released - including the world's quickest duet with husband Jay-Z - and even took the time to get a manicure halfway through the set.

She ended her performance by praising her band and dancers, as well as thanking festival-goers.

Her loyal Beyhive pointed out the other history-making accomplishments that resulted from her Coachella set.

Her rapstar husband Jay Z helped complete a star-studded band of friends and family appearing on stage with her.

People raved about her 26-song performance, which DJ Khaled renamed "Beychella", saying during her set, "After tonight, Coachella gotta rename Coachella the Beychella".
