Lawsuit claims Qualitest birth control packaging mistake led to pregnancies

After E-Coli Situation Fizzles Out, Chipotle Will Reopen 43 Restaurants

Chipotle and state health officials have been conducting food and environmental testing at Chipotle restaurants and distribution centers but have not been able to hone in on what food product might have spread the E. The restaurant chain said no cause has been established between the outbreak and any ingredient. The OHA said of 25 food samples collected, none tested positive for E.Coli .

'Spare Tire' Worse Than Obesity, Study Says

A study released Monday shows that normal weight men (healthy BMI of under 25) with a lot of belly fat have mortality rates that are twice as high as people who are obese (BMI over 30). Male participants having a normal weight, but more fat around their waists were 87% more likely to die than their counterparts who had a smaller waist circumference.
