Colombia to legalize commercial sale of medical marijuana

Despite the move being perceived by proponents and critics alike as a sign of the government's shifting attitudes toward marijuana use and legalization, Reyes was firm that recreational use of the drug is still out of the question. Researchers through a new study showed that 11.5% of Colombians have used marijuana at least once. Austria, Belgium, Canada, the Czech Republic, Finland, Israel and some United States states already allow medical marijuana use.
