Man dies after being restrained by Texas deputy, her husband

According to the sheriff's office, the deputy's spouse saw John Hernandez urinating outside the restaurant and confronted him before the fight started. "John's three-year-old daughter witnessed the killing and begged the killer to stop hitting her daddy", the girl's mother, Maria Toral, said. Hernandez was taken to the hospital and was taken off life support three days later.

Five killed in Cape Town storms
