Five-time Ballon d'Or victor Cristiano Ronaldo has completed his sensational transfer from Real Madrid to Juventus in a club record deal for the Italian giants.

That's all well and good but how on earth do Real Madrid go about replacing Ronaldo?

Reports linking the 33-year-old with a €100 million (A$158 million) switch to Turin have intensified with the move looking all but imminent.

Italian newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport reported that Ronaldo's agent Jorge Mendes is expected to meet with Real Madrid directors before Wednesday to discuss the personal terms of Juventus' offer for Ronaldo.

Former right-back Salgado told TalkSPORT that Real will be after Paris Saint-Germain's Neymar this summer, and if the club do sign the Brazilian - they will not be able to afford Kane.

And even though he has missed out on the opportunity of playing under Zidane, Hazard admits the lure of playing for Real Madrid remains as strong as ever.

"I haven't spoken to Cristiano about this, but my advice is, if he wants to play to 2050, he has to go to Juve".

Eden Hazard has once again invited the possibility of leaving Chelsea for Real Madrid despite the departure of idol Zinedine Zidane earlier this summer. Ronaldo, who joined Real in 2009, has complained that his Madrid salary of 23.6 million is too low.

The Belgian is now on World Cup duty in Russian Federation.

Modric was speaking after helping Croatia to the World Cup semi-finals , where they will meet England after defeating hosts Russian Federation 4-3 on penalties after a dramatic 2-2 draw in Sochi.
