Celebs Demand A$AP Rocky’s Release Amid Reports He’s Being Held In “Horrific” Conditions

Among those to show their support of Rocky is Tyga, who has announced that he will no longer play a show in Sweden he had scheduled for later this month.

Interestingly enough, Rocky did accuse his alleged attackers of "slapping girls' butts" in a social media post prior to his arrest.

It has not been revealed when Rocky is due to come out of the Swedish prison.

While the Swedish authorities denied the information, the article was widely disseminated, triggering a petition to release the rapper, which at the time of writing has amassed over half a million signatures.

TMZ also claimed that a source had informed them that ASAP Rocky was given a yoga mat to sleep on and he was not even given a blanket. Everyone deserves to be treated equally and A$AP Rocky's rights continue to be violated. The rapper is reportedly at risk of losing up to $1.7 Million and is facing up to 6 years in prison.

The L$D rapper has been behind bars in Stockholm since 2 July, when he and members of his entourage were arrested on suspicion of assault relating to a street brawl on 30 June.

After being arrested on the assault charges, Rocky has been detained and is being held for two more weeks before receiving a trial. It is being reported that the Harlemite is in police custody in Stockholm, along with his three associates. "It is not a fair process", the NY congressman said in a statement. "I will not be performing in Sweden this Sunday July 14". Later, the men can be seen asking for their headphones which, absolutely not surprisingly, broke as they hit the ground before.

Rev. Sharpton met with ASAP's mother, Renee Black, and the families of the two other men being held in Sweden, who appealed for Sharpton's help. One of the men was knocked out in the incident, and A$AP Rocky and his crew left the scene before officials arrived and interviewed witnesses.
