Perhaps the biggest revelation of the trailer comes at the end, with the hero shot of the surviving Avengers heading into battle, dressed in brand new uniforms. After all, Chadwick Boseman's Black Panther made more than a billion dollars by his lonesome just past year, and now Brie Larson'sCaptain Marvel may follow suit.
The trailer includes a new look at Ant-Man after escaping the Quantum Realm and discovering the tragedy that's unfolded in his absence. Plus, Black Widow, Thor, Captain America, and Bruce Banner vow to bring their friends back for the ultimate showdown against Thanos, the sinister villain who destroyed the universe.

Marvel has unveiled the film's synopsis, which tells us basically nothing about Avengers: Endgame but highlights that the film truly is a finale for our heroes.

"With the impending release of Avengers: Endgame, they are sure to continue their critical and box office success as they thrill, surprise and entertain audiences around the globe". Steve says, "Whatever it takes", and the motto is repeated by Clint, Natasha and Tony.
Viewers will notice the clip harkens back to the foundational films in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, heralding an end to this particular cycle of the franchise. It then jumps forward to a post-Thanos world where the remaining members of the team are doing their best to pick up the pieces.
