JCPenney is rolling out a new campaign called "Get your Penney's Worth".  "The company plans to sell some of its best basics for a penny, starting with items from its $1 billion Arizona brand", said retail writer Maria Halkias. "We know our customers live very busy lives and we want every trip and interaction at JCPenney to be worth her time, her hard earned money and her effort", said Mary Beth West, the chief customer and marketing officer for JCPenney.
