The Super Eagles are expected to conduct their first training session on Wednesday, October 9, when the team assemble at the Fairmont Hotel.

As the half progressed, the livelier Senegal became, driven on by their captain Cheikhou Kouyate.

Mane surged into Brazil territory from his position on the flank and was eventually felled in the area by Marquinhos, allowing Famara Diedhiou to step up and drive a penalty into the bottom left corner.

Neymar came close to scoring after 70 minutes, but his free-kick sailed on to the top of the net.

The five time World Champions and the three time African Champions will renew their rivalry at the Singapore National Stadium, Kallang, three days after the Selecao had trade tackles with Senegal.

The build-up of the fixture was dominated by Neymar, who earned his 100th cap for the Brazil national team and at 27, he's the youngest to achieve the remarkable milestone.

Africa's highest-ranked team matched a full-strength Brazil throughout, and Mane nearly grabbed a victor when he hit the post with five minutes left. He has also provided 41 assists.

Brazil are now without a win in three games, the longest run since coach Tite took over as manager in 2016, but could at least celebrate a milestone for one of their star players.

After lifting the Copa America title in July, Brazil have drawn 2-2 with Colombia and lost 1-0 to Peru.

Brazil now face the Nigerian Super Eagles in the same venue next Sunday.
